We removed the dealer, not the accountability.
Top Frame Windows & Doors LLC supplies architectural aluminum and wood-clad aluminum windows and doors factory-direct from our office in Austin, Texas, and coordinates installation through our network of vetted installation partners.
What we do
Most people buying windows are buying from a dealer: a business that purchases finished units from a manufacturer, adds its margin, and sells the result. That layer is why the same window can carry very different prices across one city, and it is the layer we removed.
We supply direct from the production line that builds these systems, to builders, general contractors, developers, property managers and homeowners. Every unit is manufactured to the measured opening rather than pulled from a catalogue of stock sizes. We coordinate installation through our network of vetted installation partners, depending on the project.
How we work
Four things are consistent regardless of project size:
- Itemized pricing. One firm number per opening, so you can see what each window costs and a change order adjusts a line rather than reopening the quote.
- Lead times up front. Standard finishes typically run 6–8 weeks from purchase order to delivery. Each quote states its lead time, and the ship date is confirmed at PO.
- One point of contact. A dedicated project manager from takeoff review through delivery scheduling and final walkthrough.
- A 10-year transferable warranty. Coverage stays with the building when it changes hands.
What we are not
We are not a volume retail replacement company, and we are not the cheapest option for a like-for-like swap using stock sizes. If that is your project, a local stock-window installer will serve you better and we will say so rather than sell you something that does not fit the job. Where we are the right call is whole-house replacement, new construction, and commercial packages where made-to-size architectural systems, slim sightlines and large spans actually matter.

Want to talk it through first?
You do not need drawings or a decision to get in touch. Tell us what you are working on and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it.
Questions homeowners and builders ask us
Are you a manufacturer or a dealer?
Neither, exactly, and the distinction is the whole business. We are the direct supply channel between the production line that builds these systems and the builder, developer or homeowner buying them. A dealer buys finished product and resells it with a margin on top. We do not sit in that position, which is where the pricing difference comes from.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Commercial developers, general contractors, property managers, home builders and individual homeowners on whole-house projects. The common thread is projects where made-to-size architectural units are the right product, not single-window repairs.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
The units carry a 10-year transferable warranty, and you have a named project manager rather than a support queue. We would rather deal with a problem directly than route you through a dealer who then routes you to a factory.
